This fragrant, perennial flower has a sweet almond scent and blooms all summer and into the fall. The white blooms fade to a pale pink, and the plant spreads by underground runners, making it suitable for use as a drought-tolerant ground cover or prairie flower. However, it can be contained in planter boxes or other containers if desired. Pale Evening Primrose is considered hardy in USDA zones 3-9.

To grow Pale Evening Primrose, sow the seeds outdoors in early spring, press them into the soil, and keep them moist until germination, which typically occurs within 14-28 days.
